This Thanksgiving Weekend’s non-profit beneficiary Fresh Lifelines for Youth was chosen by Robin Steffen, our Purchasing Manager. I summarized her thoughts on choosing Fresh Lifelines for Youth in this post.
As part of the sale effort, we agreed to donate 5% of all sales to Fresh Lifelines for Youth. Today, we’re shipping over 350 packages thanks to your generosity. I’ve asked our Controller Mike to increase the donation to $1,250 which includes a Parallax match. I’ll get that check processed and post a copy of it here when it’s been printed.
Thank you to our community for buying Parallax’s electronics, robots, and sensors. I’m sure somebody’s holiday will be extra special when they receive one of these kits (or they’ll personally have something really engaging to do over the holiday break)!
