Stan Twitchell’s Red Bluff High School Program Uses Parallax cyber:bot

Table of Contents

Last Thursday we had the opportunity to visit Stan Twitchell’s Red Bluff High School Program. Mr. Twitchell has been a Computer Science teacher at this school for 23 years. This is a true hands-on, experiential learning type of program funded by California Career Technology Education (CTE) pipelines. The school is located in a very rural area and the engineering program has everything Parallax makes. One lab consists of Parallax cyber:bots and kits with computers, and the other side is a hands-on lab with robotic arms, competition robots and 3D printers. Mr. Twitchell says that “his students learn well from the Parallax curriculum and enjoy the programs we create very much!”

Thank you for showing us your class, Mr. Twitchell. You’re bringing the students many benefits of experiential learning.
