Between June 4th and 6th, Parallax closely supported the North Dakota IgniteND 2024, a three-day professional development conference for educators, administrators, and technology coordinators focusing on innovation in education and featuring topics like AI, computer science, and cybersecurity. Andy Lindsay is at the Parallax table with micro:bit demos and a fleet of cyber:bot robots. On the 4th, he presented a micro:bit overview including Parallax teaching resources for the basics, AI, cybersecurity, robotics and circuits. He followed up on the 5th with a 2-hour, hands-on workshop where teachers will work with micro:bit modules included in their conference supplies.
