Parallax received a special “Hall of Fame” award from the San Juan Education Foundation in Sacramento, California. The San Juan Education Foundation fills the charitable and educational objectives of San Juan Unified School District.
The award reads “In recognition of your innovative spirit, professional success, and commitment to giving back to the community in a way that supports youth development” and was received by Ken Gracey on behalf of Parallax.
Several schools in the San Juan Unified School district use Parallax products as part of their STEM programs. We’re honored to receive this award because it really captures the educational goal of Parallax — providing students with hands-on, self-guided tools for learning coding, electronics, and robotics.
