P2-EC and P2-EC32MB Component Shortages and In-stock Projection

The lead times on the power supply components in the P2-EC and P2-EC32MB modules were recently extended to over a year so we’ve redesigned both products to use available components. The specifications for the power supply ratings remain the same. 

The projected in-stock date for both modules is the second half of May 2022. If you are using these modules in a product we want to ensure your supply. You have two ways of managing this:

• Add yourself to the email WaitList on each product page. You’ll receive a notification the instant they are available in our inventory. This is a good approach if you want to order them online, but you will be subject to changes in availability.
• Submit a purchase order now to our sales team. Since we fill orders in the sequence received, this is the best way to guarantee your supply of a product that is currently out of stock.

We apologize for the situation, too. Many American electronic manufacturers are spending tremendous amounts of time on sourcing issues. The reasons provided by component suppliers vary but generally include shipping logistics and port backups, a worldwide semiconductor shortage, and a lack of employees in factories. The import tariffs don’t help, either.
