This morning Chip Gracey uploaded a 4-channel high-performance ADC object to the Propeller Object Exchange (OBEX) that generates 13-bit samples at 16k samples per second on all four channels. The readings are microvolts and longer sampling times will increase precision. Propeller 2 developers can easily launch this object into additional P2 cogs to have 8 or 12 ADC channels.
The picture above shows one channel being driven in the debug display from the Parallax Propeller Tool. Chip created this object for a customer doing some high-speed analog measurements involving meters and pressure, but you may also use this code. Some sensing applications of this object for product developers could include environmental, audio, battery and power, biomedical, motor control, robotics, proximity, and distance.
