This summer is shaping up to be the busiest one we’ve had in years with a half-dozen educational events across the country. While many are smaller and closed district or state programs, ISTE and EdCon are wide open to any educator who wishes to attend:
The Parallax display promises to be a highlight of your visit, too. Not only are we sporting a new look shown above, our booth is full of robots showing off all of our applications used in the classroom. You’ll have an opportunity to get up to speed quickly with our educational team and take away some swag (and maybe walk away with some Parallax kits too!).
But wait, there’s more. The super-sized cyber:bot is currently in repair at Parallax offices after the power supply caught fire. This cyber:bot is a 5x scaled-up, fully functional model of the real thing — and can be remotely driven around using a micro:bit’s onboard accelerometer and wireless radio.
