While cleaning up the office for our upcoming Open House and Propeller Day (May 2-3, 2025) I came across 16 kits we assembled for an “Hour of Code” event a few years ago at Parallax. Students came in, took a tour of our manufacturing, and then sat down to do some coding on these kits.
Instead of storing them for some years, I think our customers would like to buy them! Almost like a Mystery Box in that it’s a “good deal” but this one has known content and it’s already built up! The hardware on each board is a FLiP Multicore Module, three LEDs (green, yellow, red), CM2303 Temperature and Humidity Sensor, Ping))) Ultrasonic Sensor, a pushbutton, an Organic Light Emitting Diode Display (OLED), and a speaker. Plus, I’ve thrown in a ColorPal too!
I tested each board and played with BlocklyProp this afternoon. The kits are $89 and will be released next week (around February 12th). We have 16 of them in stock!
