The 64 KB SMT EEPROM M24512-RDW6TP has 64 KB of non-volatile memory that supports random reads and writes over an I2C bus. When used to store a Propeller program, the Propeller will write its program to the lower 32 KB of address space, filling the unused space with a null value. It will not modify the upper 32 KB of address space, making it ideal for long-term data storage. The EEPROM is in a 8-pin TSSOP package.
