S2 GUI Version 1.8 Notes:

For Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 (not RT).  For the red-cased, Propeller-based S2 (Scribbler 2) robot. Includes Unicode for window headings and tool-tips with translation dictionaries for Greek, Chinese, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian.  Includes Propeller Tool v1.2.7.3.  Download and unzip the archive, then run the .exe file and follow the setup prompts.  You may also need to update your FTDI USB Drivers.

• Better performance of IR Object Detectors. Some units could easily see moving objects but not stationary objects. These were from the batch received in June 2015, marked 02C5S0 on the inside of the battery hatch lid.  The change required a slight delay introduced into include.spin, default.bin, and monitor.exe.

Note: The Scribbler 2 Graphical User Interface program is an open-source software project.  PERL developers who wish to alter the GUI can download the S2 GUI Source Code.
