Robotics with Python - Dallas, TX 6/13/19

This one-day intensive workshop will prepare you to teach robotics, coding, and engineering classes for Middle and High School students using the Parallax cyber:bot.
What you'll do: Assemble the robot kit, wire circuits, attach sensors, learn to program the cyber:bot using Python code libraries for micro:bit.
Takeaway skills: By the end of the day, you will be ready to lead a 15-35 hr long class using Parallax online student tutorials. Each participant receives a full cyber:bot kit (a $200 value) as part of registration.
Prerequisites: Prior STEM teaching experience including familiarity with robotics and solid computer skills, ideally including some familiarity with coding in any language.
