Our goal is to answer your questions quickly, efficiently, and correctly so you can proceed with your project and we can answer the next customer's question. Please note that technical support phone calls are limited to 20 minutes each. Faxing questions (Attn: Tech Support) is also appropriate using (916) 624-8003.

- Name
- Email address
- Operating system
- PC type (desktop or laptop)
- Product type
- Software running
- Version number
- Programming board
- Source code with comments (if applicable)
- If applicable, have your computer up and running with a BASIC Stamp module connected to the device.
- Have a multi-meter handy if possible.
- Have an email connection available so we can send you files or links to different resources on our website.
