The Javelin Stamp can provide intelligent control of electronic devices such as motors, lights, and sensors. Some Javelin Stamp functions can be performed as a background task, leaving your main program available to manage higher-level operations. All vital components (processor, clock source, memory, power regulator) are provided on the JS1's tiny PCB; just connect power and go! The Javelin Stamp module is a 24-pin DIP module programmed in a subset of the Sun Microsystems Java language. Java is a trademark of Sun Microsystems, Inc. For customers that require a more powerful microcontroller, we highly recommend the Propeller chip.
