Project Description:
The Internet Controlled Underwater Vehicle (ICUV) is a vertically orientated, neutrally buoyant vehicle that can be controlled remotely from over an Internet connection. It is capable of streaming real-time video, compass heading information, and water temperature data back to the user who is currently enacting with the vehicle. The ICUV has the ability to travel in six different directions, but only one direction at a time. Those directions of travel are as follows: Up, Down (Increase/Decrease in overall depth), Forward, Backward, Left, and Right
