Please contact us prior to your Parallax visit
1) Contact the sales or technical support department at least 2 hours in advance of your planned arrival.
2) Technical Support is available from 9am-Noon and 1-4pm Monday-Friday. Sales/Customer Service is available from 8am-4pm Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
3) Placing your order in advance of your visit will allow us to check on product availability and it will provide us with enough time to package and invoice the order.
Take I-80 east if you are west/southwest of Hwy. 65
Take I-80 west if you are east/northeast of Hwy. 65
From I-80, exit on Hwy. 65 (toward Lincoln-Marysville)
Exit right at Sunset Blvd. (Rocklin)
Take first right on Atherton Road
Left on Menlo Drive
Parallax is on the left hand side of Menlo Drive (5th building)
